This stunning apartment is a comfortable home away from home and has more than enough space for up to 4 guests. The open plan living area is particularly striking with it's double height ceiling and large windows with doors leading out on to the huge balcony overelooking the river. The living space comprises a modern, fully equipped kitchen which has everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a dining table, as well as a sofa and smart Tv. The perfect spot to relax and take in the views over the river Don. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment, perfect for streaming TV (e.g Netflix), and all your browsing, social media and emailing needs. The spacious bedrooms have large windows, plentiful storage space for clothes and comfortable double beds with crisp hotel linen. There are 2 modern and clean bathrooms, both include complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels for your use.
Guest Access:
Guests have sole access to the entire apartment.

Located in the town centre within a modern and stylish development, you have an array of shops, bars, restaurant and cafes right on your doorstep. Rotherham United's New York Stadium is just 5 minutes walk away. Rottherham Central Train station is also just a 5 minute walk away.
Getting Around:
Rotherham can be easily navigated on foot, and you will find everything you need within a short distance of the apartment.
The main train station is just a 5 minute walk away and the bus interchange slightly further at 15 minutes walk.
Other Things to Note:
Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to late check-in fee.
Late check-in fees:
For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is a £50 charge.
For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is a £75 charge.
For security reasons:
We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
