Enjoy the amenities of the building which include pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness room, and of course our stunning beach with private entrance for residents and guests only.
This stylish condo is the perfect place to get away from it all and enjoy some relaxing beach time with family and friends.

We have taken great care in curating a warm, luxurious space with everything you need to be comfortable. Just bring your groceries and drinks and you’ll be ready to enjoy the beach, ocean vistas and breezes. Located on the 11th floor of a 16 story building, you will have unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean, Ponce Inlet, the light house, and beyond to New Smyrna beach. If you are fortunate to be staying during a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral, you will be able to see and hear the launch (50 miles south) from the balcony.
