Local area guests with 0 reviews are NOT permitted to book. Doing so will result in immediate cancelation.
No Smoking in unit or building. (violation subject to $250 fine)
Pets are welcome for a nominal pet fee -$40 per pet. $100 per pet/per month for long term stays.
Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds.
No parties or gatherings.
The number of people in the unit may not exceed the guest count on the reservation This extends to the building amenities as well.
