On entering this delightful property which was built in 2017, you are greeted by the fabulous open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, boasting beautiful high ceilings making the room feel light and airy throughout. This is a great space to sit back, relax and watch a movie or two on the TV/DVD after a long day of exploring the local surroundings. The kitchen area is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and you don’t even need to do the dishes as there is a dishwasher to do the work for you. Leading off the lounge area you have the spacious super king-size bedroom with TV and separate 3" single bed and an additional 2"6 pull out bed. Perfect for children and en-suite shower room with WC.
Heading outside there is a seating area with garden furniture and inbuilt BBQ, a great space for outside dining. You can also enjoy lazing in the bubbly hot tub. There is also a shared, half acre enclosed paddock, which is perfect for exercising dogs. There is parking for one car next to the property.
