Please read following house rules; This is a home of rest and tranquility. Not for party. No smoking, drugs, or parties allowed.
1) No smoking (including e-cigarette, marijuana) inside or outside of the property perimeter within 30ft .Any rules that are broken (especially our no smoking rule) will be will be an extra charge for cleaning fee $300 and cancellation with no refund.
2) No pets allowed inside apartment. if your pets inside the apartment will be an extra charge for cleaning fee $300 and cancellation with no refund.
3) Please take off shoes in the apt. and Quiet time after 10 pm. Please do so quietly during sleeping hours.
4) If you have visitors, the visitors should leave the premises no later than
10:00 pm. Otherwise, they will be regarded as guests and you would be charged a guest fee.
5) Baby who is under the age of two years old would also be treated as guest and subject to a guest fee.
6) No loud music, no drunken frat parties or events. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the premises. Drugs, gambling and pornography are strictly prohibited and subject to immediate eviction by law enforcement personnel and $3000.00 fine and will alarm. The tenant (Guest) is responsible for all legal liabilities and compensates the landlord for all losses. Violation of Loud Music, Drunken frat partying would be fined for $300.00 per violation.

8) After the shower, please take the hair out of the bathtub and throw it into the trash can (to prevent the sewer pipe from being blocked). Bath towels and towels are only for washing. If you need to wipe other items, please take a paper towel or ask the landlord for additional. Supplies, bath towels, towels are not well soiled and need to be fully compensated.
9) For health and hygiene, please Keep your food in refrigerator and do not leave any food on the table, always put the garbage in the trash can outside the door to avoid the mouse entering the house. **Abandoned Belongings**: Any personal belongings left in the rental property after the checkout time will be considered abandoned. We reserve the right to dispose of these items, and the guest agrees to cover any associated costs.
**Overstaying Guests**: If a guest remains in the rental property beyond their checkout time without proper authorization, they will be considered in violation of this agreement. Unauthorized overstays may result in the guest being removed from the property, and the guest agrees to pay any associated costs, including but not limited to legal expenses.
**Guests should be mindful of their utility consumption during their stay. Excessive use of utilities, beyond normal usage, may result in additional charges.
