Elegant room in an apartment of 100m², very well located in the city of Coslada. It is just 300 meters walk from the metro station Barrio del Puerto (line 7) and with good communications by bus.
The area is good and has several supermarkets (Mercadona and DIA at 300 and 450 meters), stores and restaurants, as well as entertainment places where you can have a drink, all of them ideal to meet any of the needs of the tenant, either at leisure or entertainment.
The property is in perfect condition, with very good qualities and in perfect condition. It is also fully furnished with all appliances and utensils necessary for living.
The apartment is to share with 3 other roommates, all of them students or workers. This room share the bathroom it with two people more because there is a room that has it ́s own bathroom.
As for the apartment, it has a full bathroom with two modules and ample dimensions, for the enjoyment of the tenants and a fully equipped and furnished kitchen with all the necessary kitchen utensils for a good coexistence.

As for the profile we are looking for, we would like you to be a respectful and clean person to create a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere.
The amount also includes weekly cleaning of the common areas one day a week.
