This room is in a 4-bedroom apartment. It also has a large, bright living room with a dining area, sofas and a television, and large windows with views of the street and the sports complex in front. The other bathroom in the apartment is also complete. This apartment has central heating and parquet flooring, so you will always have a great temperature at home. The rental price includes Internet and cleaning service twice a month.
In the kitchen you will find numerous cupboards, a fridge with freezer, a microwave, a washing machine, a coffee maker, a toaster, a ceramic hob and an extractor fan. The nearest metro stations are: Pirámides (Line 5), which is also a Cercanías station (C1, C7 and C10); the Acacias Metro station (Line 5) is also nearby. As for buses, you have the following lines: 256, 62, 18 and H.
