One of the greatest advantages of this property is its location: nestled amongst a wide range of bars, restaurants, cafes, and shops, there is plenty to see and do in your immediate area. All the necessities are available within walking distance, with a large supermarket just 2 blocks away. - Fortnightly Contract only on the 1st month: If you move-in before the half of the month, you'll pay for the full month. If you move-in after, you will only pay half of the rent for that month. The last month is paid completely, regardless the move-out date.
