Our apartment has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, is located in one of the best neighbourhoods in the city and has an exceptionally central location in the city of Valencia. It is located just behind the Plaza de Toros and just 5-10min walking distance you can find the coolest neighbourhood in Valencia, Ruzafa, and on the other side the Calle Colón, the Estación del Nord and the Plaza del Ayuntamiento. Due to its central location it has excellent communication with public transport (bus and metro).... is a real gem waiting to be discovered by people like you - young adventurers/students who come to enjoy our beautiful city.
We offer a 'ready-to-move-in' room , providing a complete space with all basic (and more) needs covered: double bed, bedding, towels, bathrobe, spacious wardrobes for your belongings, and a study/work area.
Contract conditions:
The rent includes ALL housing expenses up to a maximum of 60€ per bill: any bill above this amount, the excess will be divided among all tenants. There is a mandatory weekly cleaning service: the cost of the cleaning is divided between the tenants, 4 cleanings per month will be paid by the tenants in equal parts (each cleaning is 24 € WEEKLY).
There is also an administrative fee of €80 that is paid ONCE at the time of Move-In.
For us, tenant service is our top priority—we have an automated management system that allows us to provide quick and efficient service through our professional team. ‍‍ If something needs to be repaired, it will be fixed in no time.
