VILLA ALEXANDRA HOLIDY HOME IN MORAIRAThis comfortably furnished holiday home in Moraira seems to come straight from a magazine. Villa Alexandra is quietly located in the villa area of San Jaime, with privacy and great views. In front of the villa is a lovely private swimming pool with sun beds and umbrellas all around. A nice holiday home for the whole family, with several beaches closeby. Next to the villa you will find a fruit orchard, picking is allowed! With a large family, several families or is the property fully booked in your desired period? Casa Oliva, Villa Alegria, Villa Alexandra and Casa de las Ranas are located in the same street (next to and opposite each other)! So, for example, you have your own holiday home per family, but are only a few steps away from each other.
LAYOUT VILLA ALEXANDRA
The patio doors at the lovely pool terrace will lead you to the stylishly decorated living room with ceiling fan . The modern semi-open kitchen is equipped with electric hot plate, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, filter coffee machine and dishwasher. The dining area is connected by means of French doors to the small terrace at the back of the villa with a lovely lounge set. In the early hours of the morning you can enjoy a first cup of coffee here in complete tranquility.The villa has 2 bedrooms with ceiling fan. A bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. There are screens on the windows. The bathroom has a rain shower, hairdryer and a toilet. All bedrooms have airconditioning!
PRIVATE OUTDOOR SPACE AT VILLA ALEXANDRA
Outside is the lovely swimming pool of 4 × 8. The terrace offers you a beautiful view of the area. During the day you can relax by the pool in the evening you light the barbecue to prepare a nice meal. Next to the villa is the very spacious driveway which is closed off by an electric gate. The driveway can accommodate a car, but is also a great place to play for the kids. There is a washing machine in the garage. The villa also has a beautiful Mediterranean garden with a beautiful palm, an olive tree and lemon trees.
PRACTICAL INFORMATION-
In the period from July to August there is a fixed arrival and departure day on Saterday.
- Arrival and departure in the other months are allowed on any day of the week, however, your booking should be as close as possible to previous / next bookings.

DEPOSIT
Your stay is subject to a deposit of €400,-. The deposit must be paid well before the start of your stay. You will receive a one-time email with a link to arrange the deposit via credit card reservation. No reminder will follow.To handle the processing of the deposit, we use Swikly, a secure online system that specializes in processing credit card deposits. You pay the security deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange your security deposit well in advance of your arrival. Debit is only made in case of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.
STAY IN THE WINTER MONTHS
Villa Alexandra is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental is from November 1 to March 31. The villa is heated by a pellet stove. A bag of pellet granules is available in the area for approx. € 9 per bag. You consume approx. 1 bag per day. In the period from November to March (excluding the Christmas holidays) the rent is € 1588 per 4 weeks. During the two weeks of Christmas holidays, the rent is € 1071 per week. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, with interim cleaning and a change of bed linen and towels required. The winter rates are exclusive of interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, costs for heating, reservation costs, calamity fund and SGR guarantee. Stays equal to or less than 10 nights are considered tourist rentals. A stay of equal to or more than 11 nights is considered a short-term rental in accordance with the law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana and for which you sign a short-term rental contract before arrival.
