This delightful traditional Spanish villa is nestled beside the Montgo mountain in the Castellans area of Javea. The large, open reception room has a very comfortable lounge area beside an open fireplace. There is a glazed naya, overlooking the swimming pool, with seating for relaxing, watching television or perhaps playing cards. On the right-hand side of this beautiful entrance room two steps lead up to the dining area and a door to the spacious kitchen. The furnishings reflect the owners love of art and travel.
A hallway from the entrance door leads to a double bedded room and the twin bedded room with en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom and en-suite bathroom are reached from the lounge area or the naya. Another shower room is to one side of the main entrance.
Doors from the dining area and doors from the naya open onto the pool terrace which has verandas over a sitting and a dining area. There is also plenty of space for sunbathing on this secluded terrace which overlooks the large, attractive gardens and has wonderful views across the Javea valley and to the Montgo on the other side.
This villa is located just above the historic old town of Javea with its shops, bars, restaurants and weekly market. The port, marina and El Arenal beach area within a 10 or 15 minutes drive.
JH Tip: Villa Levante is located just opposite La Golondrina and only 100 mts from Casa Alba. If you're coming with family, booking two or all of them could be a good option!

This rule does not apply to families travelling with children or younger persons when accompanied by adults who are also staying in the property. Should you be under the minimum age requirement and proceed to confirm the reservation regardless, on arrival you will be denied entry to the property and forfeit any right of refund.
2/ Winter reservations between 01 November and 31 March, longer than 31 nights in duration receive a special discounted rate and DO NOT include utility bills such as electric and water or weekly linen changes. Utility usage is payable on departure.
