LAYOUT VILLA SOL NACIENTE
Inside Villa Sol Naciente you feel the space and light due to the open layout. The living room has large sliding doors that provide direct access to the spacious pool terrace, where you can enjoy the sun and the pool. The luxurious open kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a Nespresso machine and milk frother for the perfect cup of coffee. From the kitchen you can step onto the covered terrace where there is a comfortable dining area. The living room/kitchen is equipped with a Sonos system. There is fiber optic WiFi 5-G. Separate toilet is available.The villa has three spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The first bedroom has a double bed, a bathroom with rain shower, 2 sinks, a toilet and direct access to the pool terrace. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, rain shower, sink and toilet and direct access to the pool terrace. The third room has 2 single beds, rain shower and a sink. All rooms have air conditioning and mosquito screens on the windows, so you always enjoy a good night's sleep. There are two hairdryers available.

Outside, a large terrace with a covered lounge area awaits. In addition, there are six comfortable sunbeds around the pool. The canopy provides shaded areas for dining or relaxing. The garden of Villa Sol Naciente is beautifully landscaped with green plants, offers complete privacy and is beautifully illuminated by automatic lighting. You reach the villa via an electrically opened gate, where there is room for two cars on the private property. Additional parking is available in the cul-de-sac next to the villa.And last but not least: from the roof terrace of Villa Sol Naciente you have a breathtaking view of the sea. It is the ideal place to enjoy the spectacular sunsets with a drink in hand that make this villa a true paradise.

Winter rental for this vacation home is not possible. Only available from June to September.
