Welcome to our villa in the beautiful Jalon Valley on the Costa Blanca, Spain. Our 2 bedroom apartment, with private heated pool, internet access, and outdoor kitchen, is set in the mountains in the quaint, sleepy, little village of Alcalali.

Our apartment has views of the mountains and the garden has spacious patios and terraces, offering privacy alongside the planted areas.

The apartment is equipped to provide comfort and relaxation for the duration of your stay. We, the owners, live above the apartment, but privacy is not a problem. We are 'on hand' to answer any questions or advise on places to see and visit, but only if you wish us to!

On entering the apartment, you are welcomed into a spacious open plan lounge/dining room/kitchen, with ceiling fan (and central heating in winter). This large living area has a sofa, a sofa-bed, coffee table and TV (connected to satellite so that you can easily keep up with all the 'soaps' and news from the UK), as well as a DVD player and DVDs. There is also WiFi internet connection.
The kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker, extractor fan and gas hob, microwave, fridge freezer and all the necessities, such cutlery, crockery, pans, iron & ironing board, hair dryer etc. There is also a dining table and four chairs (a child's high chair available if required).

The apartment offers 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin. The main bedroom has fitted wardrobes and two chests of drawers (which provide ample storage), an air conditioning unit and a 'persiana' (rolling blind) and a safe. The second bedroom has twin beds, aircon, a stand-alone wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a persiana.

The washing machine is located in the bathroom where there is a walk-in shower, a sink unit, bidet & toilet.

Outdoor living is a key part of the lifestyle for living in Spain, our apartment and gardens are designed to allow you to enjoy the best of outdoor living, with its private heated pool from April to October (supplement charge for out of season bookings) and large terraced areas, complimented by the landscaped gardens and BBQ area.

Outside the front door there is a large patio with a table and 4 chairs for alfresco dining, as well as two patio armchairs, a small sofa and a coffee table. For outdoor cooking enthusiasts there is a gas BBQ, and a charcoal BBQ down in the casita, along with a fridge, for those cold drinks, and a dining table and four chairs.

There is also a relaxing corner unit with a mosquito net above, and a fire pit for the cooler winter evenings.

If the heat of the summer sun gets too much for you, the garden has various shaded areas overlooking the mountains where you can enjoy a relaxing glass of locally produced wine. Or you can have a splash around in the pool, or relax and read a book on one of sun loungers around the pool.

We also have deck chairs, a parasol, and buckets and spades for the children, for visits to the various beaches.

Our villa is conveniently situated on a quiet urbanisation on the outskirts of Alcalali, just 10-15 minutes walk from the centre of the quaint village. However, you will require a car to get about the area.
