This property is set in the heart of Aberdovey, on the northern edge of the Dyfi Estuary where the mountains meet the sea on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park. This peaceful village has a thriving harbour, pubs, cafes, restaurants, galleries and independent shops to explore. Heading into Snowdonia, visit Craig yr Aderyn, a Site of Special Scientific Interest renowned for birds, or try the beautiful Dolgoch Falls(both within 15 miles).
Contemporary architecture and a stunning location make this a fabulous house to stay in. Walk into the hall and into the kitchen/diner with stunning feature windows and doors out onto the balcony to maximise the coastal view. The kitchen area is a sociable space and is well equipped with an electric oven and five ring gas hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and wine rack. There’s also a useful utility boot room downstairs housing the washing machine and tumble dryer. If you decide to eat in, the stylish dining table is perfectly positioned by the window with space for everyone to gather around and enjoy a meal together with superb views of the tidal estuary and beyond. After dinner walk through and relax in the lounge with comfortable sofas and Smart TV or walk out onto the balcony outside embracing the views of the Dyfi Estuary and out across Cardigan Bay. There is also a separate WC on this floor. Downstairs to the lower ground floor are all four of the gorgeous bedrooms, all with lovely sea views to wake up to. There’s a super-king-size with access to the garden and an en-suite shower room with shower and WC; a king-size with an en-suite shower room with shower and WC; a lovely double bedroom and the twin bedroom. All have been designed with a good night’s sleep in mind. To complete the accommodation is the fabulous bathroom with underfloor heating, shower over the bath and WC. This house is full of thoughtful little extras for a special holiday experience.
This property boasts attractive outside areas with beautiful views to relax in. Enjoy sundowners and seating on the balcony, sunbathing on the paved patio (which also benefits from the shade of the balcony on hot summer days) and lawn. The lower garden is an enclosed area. To the side of the house is a wash down area for bikes and a drying area for your wet suits. Private parking for three cars. There is also plenty of storage for your bikes, paddleboards and canoes.
