This is a newly renovated apartment on the first floor of a building with an elevator. It is a studio apartment where three spaces are very clearly delimited: the bathroom area, completely independent from the rest, the rest area, where there is a double bed and a built-in wardrobe; And the living area, where the kitchen and living area are located. It is a spacious studio ideal for one person or a couple. The apartment has internet connection via Wifi and Ethernet and hot/cold air conditioning. Access to the apartment is via a digital key, which not only allows access at any time of day upon arrival, but is also a magnificent tool to guarantee the security of the apartment.
The living area is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, coffee table and smart TV connected to the internet. The rest area has a double bed measuring 150 x 190 cm in size, provided with a very comfortable 27 cm thick mattress. The bed is prepared with the necessary linen, a replacement set for reservations of 8 nights or more and two pillows per place. In the rest area there is a built-in wardrobe with two sliding doors (one with a mirror) provided with shelves, hangers and a safe.
The bathroom is equipped with a large shower, toilet with hygienic shower and sink with drawers. The hot water system is an electric accumulator. In the bathroom we will leave courtesy products such as shampoo, shower gel, hand soap and toilet paper. These complimentary products are not replenished during your stay. The bathroom has a hair dryer, toilet brush and bucket. We will leave one set of bath and hand towels per guest and a replacement set for reservations of 8 nights or more.
