It is completely step-free from the street to the apartment door — the only property in our portfolio with this, and an exceptional convenience for families with pushchairs, guests with mobility considerations, or anyone arriving with luggage after a long journey.
The double bedroom has full built-in wardrobe storage and high-quality linen. The bathroom has a shower, heated towel rail, hotel-quality towels, hairdryer, shower amenities, and shaver charging point. The open-plan living and kitchen area has a Smart TV and a sofa bed always made up and ready to use — extra pillows and blankets provided. A welcoming hallway with ample built-in storage makes the apartment especially practical for longer stays.
The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and cooking utensils. Both a washing machine and tumble dryer are included — a practical combination that most comparable apartments in the area don`t offer, and invaluable for family stays or longer visits. Notting Hill Gate itself offers restaurants, cafés, bars, and supermarkets in every direction.
