Summary: Our family stayed at this home during a trip to Universal and Disney. Communication was great between the proptery owners and myself. The linens and beds were comfortable and clean. I gave everything 5 starts except for the cleanliness-- similiar to a hotel, the floors were not cleaned. We found hair and toenail clippings. I know cleaning services miss things often, so this is not the propterty managers fault but the cleaning services fault. I did not complain as we mostly used the VRBO to sleep there. We did not eat at the VRBO and we did not utilize the amenities (although we checked it all out upon arrival). We truly wanted a comfortable place to sleep. Each room had a ROKU, so if we wanted to watch TV with all of our settings, we could. There was a great space for the kids to watch TV and play games. My daughter was thrilled to see a hair dryer provided. We used the laundry- washer and dryer-- perfect as we didn't want to overpack.There was a Keurig-- we love coffee and drank what was offered! There was a nice welcome tray of coffees, tea, snacks and wine. It was greatly appreciated!Other than the floors not being to our standard, the walls are thin and you may get noisy neighbors. It is not far to get to Disney theme parks or Universal. It was nice to be away from the crowds of the resorts. The property is near a Publix, Giovanni's pizza (yum), Ice Cream and other food options. It was perfect for us! Thank you!!!
