This beautiful villa is on a large gated plot with panoramic views across Teulada and Moraira, it has 5 large bedrooms which 4 have access to terraces, one with seating, sauna and sea view, two with access to the pool.
The master bedroom has super king size bed and en-suite other bedrooms consist of king size bed 2 doubles and the 5th bedroom has bunk beds. Central heating and air conditioning to all rooms.

There’s a large south facing patio area with panaramic views across Teulada and Moraira, with a multitude of fruit trees, outside dining bbq area overlooking the 10x5 metre heated swimming pool which can be either open or enclosed, this is very suitable for families with small children and the worry of them falling in the pool. Theres sunloungers and seating around the pool area There’s also a covered bar area overlooking the pool with stone work tops sink and seating area, Pizza oven/smoker. There is outside barbecue area with built in barbecue, sun canopy, and seating for 10 people.
There’s a well established garden containing lots of fruit trees which include a pomegranate, fig, limes, lemons, clementines etc.
Teulada town centre is a short walk away with its lovely restaurants, bars and supermarket, Moraira is just a 7 minute drive away where there’s a lovely beach that has children’s play area lots of excellent restaurants bars, harbour and shops.
