Comfortable, traditional, family-friendly villa in a quiet area for a relaxed holiday. 3 double bedrooms, one with double bed and the other two with two single beds each. Double bed-settee in the conservatory, which can be made private using the blinds. Fully equipped kitchen with oven/grill and hob, microwave and fridge freezer. Plenty of cutlery and crockery for a full family, and kettle and toaster.Log burner in lounge/dining room for the winter, which not only heats that room but creates a pleasant atmosphere throughout the villa. Air conditioning/heating units in all bedrooms. In addition, fans provided for the summer, and mosquito nets fitted to all windows. Flat screen TV in the lounge (Netflix enabled but clients to use own password) with free English TV and Wifi. 2 bathrooms, one with shower and the other with shower over the bath. BBQ kitchen by the pool. Ample loungers, umbrellas and patio furniture for pool-side living. Awning fitted over the upper patio to provide sun/shade versatility. Games room with half-size pool table, darts and table tennis. Secure ample parking for several cars within the grounds. The property is enclosed on all sides by walls and hedges, with a high wall along the road with access through two secure gates. Within a 10 minute walk there is an area with a supermarket, car hire, hairdresser, restaurant with pool tables, and a friendly English bar which serves excellent breakfasts and other food until 4 pm. Within a 5 minute drive of the villa is a chemist, tennis club with bar and restaurant and crazy golf, a Spanish cafe/bar which sells early morning freshly baked bread, and an open-air bar which caters specially for the children, with bouncy castle, toys and crazy golf, and who also serve food. There are many large supermarkets within a short drive, including Carrefour, Lidl and Iceland which makes self-catering easy. It is an easy motorway 30-minute drive into Benidorm with its lively entertainment including Benidorm Palace with its cosmopolitan show suitable for all the family, the water park Aqualandia, and the theme park Terra Mitica, and an hour's drive from Alicante Airport. Many sporting activities in the Moraira area include golf, jet-ski, scuba-diving, horse-riding, go-carting, tennis, crazy-golf and fishing. Or for a fun time why not hire a beach buggy, or even a Harley Davidson motorbike? In Moraira itself (10 minutes by car) there are many shops (including designer), restaurants of many different cuisines, blue-flag beaches, children's fair, weekly market and harbour. Next to the main beach, in a shady park, is a childrens playground, fitness equipment area, and enclosed dog-walking park. The villa is ideally placed for sightseeing - Calpe, Javea, Altea and Denia are all worth visiting and only half an hour by car. A must-do is a visit to Guadalest, about an hours drive, and well worth-while. This is a monastery town with stunning views down to a beautiful lake. And in that same area are the Fonts d'Algar where you can swim in waterfalls and pools - lovely and cool on a hot summer day. Right next to the Fonts is a Dinosaur park, which makes the visit worthwhile for children. For golfers there are two 9-hole courses within a short drive - Club de Golf Javea is 6 km from the villa, and Club de Golf Ifach which is 5 km away. Or there is Meliavillaitanagolf in Benidorm, offering two courses - Poniente (62 par) and Villaitana Levante (72 par) which was designed by the great Jack Nicklaus. All in all, we think our villa and surrounding areas, have something for everyone! **However, our property is geared up for family holidays, and we don’t think it is suitable for groups of youngsters.**
