In the communal outdoor area of the residential complex, you will find a large pool and a generous terrace equipped with recliners and a couple of tables. Here you can sunbathe below the warm sunshine and refresh yourself in the cool water of the pool, all the while admiring the stunning view of the rugged mountains and volcanoes of Lanzarote. Take a stroll through the garden in the evenings and round off your day with a glass of wine on the terrace. A supermarket as well as a couple of restaurants and bars are located a 2-minute drive from the property while a great variety of shops are located in the centre of Tías, about a 7-minute drive or 4.4. km away.
