Quiet room in Patacona, a few minutes walk from the beach and only 10-15 minutes walk to the Polytechnic University of Valencia and the Tarongers Campus of the University of Valencia. It is an ideal option if you are a student or a young international worker coming to spend some time in the magnificent city of Valencia.
It is a fully equipped room so that you can settle in from the first day, equipped with:

For a hygienic reason, we do not provide any bed linen, neither pillow, duvetor duvet cover.
It is a large flat of 80m² with a balcony overlooking the sea and a living room where you can make common life with your roommates, or make meetings.
The kitchen is equipped with:

- Crockery and cutlery
- Oven
- Refrigerator
- Washing machine
EXPENSES:
The rental price includes internet and a weekly cleaning of the common areas.
The costs of utilities are as follows:
-Water: 10€/month
-Gas: 10€/month
-Electricity: 15€/month, if any month the consumption is more than this, the difference will be paid separately. In this case, the expenses are shared equal parts between the tenants.
