Besides being historically one of the most traditional residential areas in Madrid, Canillejas is currently one of the city's most developed sectors thanks to the tranquillity it offers its residents, its interesting real estate and commercial offer, and its close location to strategic places in the city such as Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport and the IFEMA Madrid fairground.
It is a residential neighbourhood that borders the Quinta de Torre Arias park, a landscape space populated with almond trees and cedars that surround a century-old palace. In the area, there is also the Canillejas park, which has an open-air auditorium where music concerts and cultural festivals are held; and the Cívitas Metropolitano Stadium, training base of the famous football team Atlético Madrid.
Likewise, this area has a quick and comfortable connection with the centre of Madrid and the rest of the city thanks to the Canillejas bus interchange and the Torre Arias and Canillejas metro stations (direct line to Gran Vía).

This ideal apartment of 89 square metres is located on the first floor of a building with a lift and has capacity for up to eight guests.
The living room, with a modern style and functional design, includes a comfortable three-seater sofa that can be converted into a double sofa bed and a smart TV. This space in turn integrates the dining area and a great open-plan American-style kitchen, equipped with all the utensils and appliances necessary to offer a pleasant experience to our guests.
It has three comfortable bedrooms specially decorated to offer a cosy and relaxed atmosphere: the main one with a double bed and private balcony; the second with two single beds; and the third with a double bed. Likewise, this excellent flat has two spacious and modern full bathrooms with shower.
The property has internet access.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to access to the apartment. Please take into consideration that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 entails a supplement of 50 EUR that must be paid in cash.
