The 90 m2 apartments consist of three bedrooms, living room, American kitchen, two bathrooms and a terrace which is a separate patio with furniture. The apartment has three air conditioning units. The sea and the seafront promenade are, so to speak, "behind the fence" - literally just a few steps away! Within walking distance are two popular urban beaches: Los Locos and Del Cura. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people (no pets!). The bedroom windows overlook the inner courtyard, which will spare you from city noise. Everything necessary for living and resting is provided: appliances, furniture, bedding and towels, crockery, Spanish television and Internet. The apartment's location will allow you to enjoy both beach relaxation and walks through nearby streets, which have many cosy bars and cafés. Other infrastructure is also nearby: shops, pharmacy, hairdresser. Smoking is only allowed in the patio! The fine for non-compliance is 200 euros!
