Positive: The host reserved a parking space for us in a nearby garage, gave us recommendations on the fastest route to the apartment from the garage, and included a google maps link for the garage as well as the apartment

Negative: Hot water is provided via a tank versus an instant water heater, so my husband had a very cold shower after a few minutes.

Summary: A lovely apartment, fully equipped, in the old part of Caceres.
