This apartment is perfect for those who love nature since it is surrounded by beautiful views to the mountains and a forest area and it's only 500 metres form the paradisaical beach of Cala Sant Vicenç. So, you can enjoy your vacation at the wonderful furnished terrace, having breakfast alfresco or lunch under the awning. Then you can head to the beach and spend the day amid crystal-clear water.
Inside, this 1st floor apartment without lift surprises with an open room that includes the living area with the dining kitchen. You can cook your best recipes on the ceramic hob, enjoy your meals all together and rest on the sofa while watching the TV-sat. This room is air-conditioned and there are two more AC units in the two bedrooms. One has twin beds while the other offers a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom. Both feature a closet and space for a baby cot. A high chair also is available. There is a second bathroom with a tub for the rest of the accommodation. Finally, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board also are available.
Cala Sant Vicenç is a family residential coastal area near Pollença and located between the mountains. You will find a grocery shop and a couple of restaurants there. It boasts 3 dream-like coves: Cala Carbó, Cala Molins and Cala Clara. For more services and interesting visits, like a golf course, we recommend you go to Pollença, only 10.5 km away.
