This apartment is located in the city centre, a few metres from La Latina metro station. La Latina is one of the best areas in Madrid for tapas: here you will find very traditional restaurants and bars, and others that are totally innovative. It is the ideal place to have an aperitif on Sundays and perfect if you want to shop at El Rastro, a very diverse open-air market.
The apartment:
This bright and comfortable apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building with a lift.
Entering, on the right hand side, is the kitchen, equipped with a washing machine, ceramic hob and everything necessary for cooking; on the left hand side, is the first double bedroom with a double bed.
Next, you can enjoy a living room decorated with great taste and equipped with a double sofa bed and dining table.
The night area has two additional double bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds decorated with a lovely design in light colours.
It has a modern bathroom with shower and a toilet.
There is WiFi connection, heating and partial air conditioning only in the living room.
The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance.
Central heating hours (only during winter November-May) from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November in accordance with the protocols established by the community.
