The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, ceramic hob, oven, and microwave. The living room is integrated into the kitchen and has a folding dining table. The apartment has two bedrooms, one double and one single, and a modern bathroom with a shower and screen. The exterior windows are new and provide plenty of natural light. It has a central air conditioning unit, both hot and cold, whose temperature controls the entire property as it is an interior apartment. The second month's electricity bill must be paid against the invoice.
The building has an elevator, allowing a maximum of two people and one person with luggage. Please be careful and respectful.
Services and Common Areas
Any member of my team will greet you at the apartment to give you the keys and all the information about the apartment and the surrounding area. We kindly ask that you send us all the information before your arrival so we can organize everything, including the ID or passport numbers of all guests. We will always be in contact during your stay in case you need anything or have any problems.

Please observe the house rules and respect the neighbors' sleep. Parties of any kind are prohibited.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment.
Pets are not allowed unless expressly agreed upon with the landlord.
Out of respect for the community, loud noise is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. Parties, events, and large gatherings are also prohibited. Failure to comply with this rule may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and contract, as well as possible intervention by the competent authorities.
It is mandatory to remove the trash regularly and prevent it from accumulating in the apartment during your stay.
