Casa Rural las Azaleas is located in the Sierra de Gredos, in the heart of the Tiétar Valley, in the town of Casavieja, one of the most emblematic and beautiful villages in the valley. It is located in a quiet area inside the town center and a few minutes drive from its excellent pine forests, which facilitates its visitors both shopping in the shops of the town, as well as relaxing walks through its fabulous mountain range or enjoy summer its natural and municipal swimming pools.
It is a house of more than 250 m2 distributed on two floors. It has air conditioning and heating on both floors and lots of exterior light.
The ground floor is an open concept floor. It has a large living room with kitchen, two double bedrooms, one of them adapted for people with reduced mobility and with a large bathroom. On this same floor there is also another full bathroom.
On the top floor there is a single room, two double rooms and a quadruple room with a double bed and two single beds, in addition to 3 bathrooms and a beautiful room with games, television and diverse material, which will allow you to spend good moments. This floor has two terraces, one attached to the games room and another at the entrance of the floor, which have beautiful views of the adjoining Sierra de Gredos.
In the back area of the house we find a garden area, with a barbecue bench with another full kitchen, a bar and a large table, to enjoy outdoor daytime or nighttime barbecues, with unbeatable views and tranquility and the Sweet smell of flowers surrounding the house.
The front area of the house, with entrance from the street, is another garden area of the house, a large and open area with sun loungers, where you can play, run or just have a good time of peace and tranquility.
The house is equipped with modern and functional furniture, as well as complete equipment, which guarantees you to enjoy the maximum comforts and the pure mountain air, just over 100 km from Madrid and 80 from Ávila. If you come by the C-501 we suggest you enter through the second entrance to the town.
Guests of Las Azaleas will have free admission to the Municipal Pool in Fuente Helecha during the days of their stay in the months of July and August.
