this holiday home has been newly renovated. enjoy a dream house with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms as well as 2 guest bathrooms, new kitchen, large living room, outdoor area with large illuminated (not heated) pool with beach entrance, large relaxation area with 160x 300 cm sunbathing area (beach picture on the wall), 2 jacuzzis (warm and in the pool), cave with waterfall, barbacoa, fireplace, parking for up to 3 cars, internet, mosquito nets and air conditioning (hot/cold and underfloor heating).
The villa is 500m from the sandy beach, supermarkets and restaurants.
We also have a new water filter for drinking water. The bathrooms are comfortable and large with bidets, shower, or large double shower!

The rental price includes towels, bed linen, water, pool service and garden service (except for rentals over 4 weeks). Likewise, 105 kw of electricity per week are free; beyond that, each kwh is charged at 0.40 EURO. In winter, the heating costs are exclusive and calculated according to consumption. Extras on request for a fee: bike rental, baby package, transfer for up to 6 people, paella evening, private masseur, etc. for a surcharge.
