6 minutes drive to Fuente Álamo town with lots of local amenities.
Saturday market sells fresh fruit & veg + clothes, shoes & handbags. Open 9 till 1pm
Tennis & padel tennis courts within walking distance of the villa. There are a few restaurants on site but a car is highly recommended.
The space
Enter via the beautiful old rustic Spanish door into the courtyard which is an ideal space for breakfast.
Open plan living with kitchen, lounge, dining area. A log burner makes it cosy in the Winter. AC for the Summer
Master bedroom with king sized bed. Large en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, bath, bidet, toilet and basin.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed and bedroom 3 has 2 single beds. There is another bathroom with bath/shower over bath, toilet & basin.
All bedrooms have ample wardrobe space & drawers.
All bedrooms & bathrooms have windows
Outside there is a large unheated swimming pool 9 x 5 surrounded by beautiful gardens overlooking the 17th hole of the spectacular golf course on HDA!
BBQ area and large covered terrace for eating and relaxing.

Guests can access the whole villa & garden apart from small locked wardrobe, bathroom cabinet and 2 garden sheds
Other things to note
We allow for €50 air conditioning in the summer per week. So please be mindful of switching the air-con off when you go out.
We have solar panels which store power in the batteries so it would be great if you could use the washing machine etc midday when it's sunny!
