Beautiful Backhouse Studio With Kitchen | House in Memphis

Summary:
Our beautiful pool house comfortably fits two or three. Located in a completely separate house behind our home and ideally located in East Memphis, the poolhouse provides fantastic amenities including a kitchenette with granite countertops, a comfortable queen bed, wifi, full bathroom, and a 50" flat screen TV and Blu-ray DVD, all with lots of privacy. (Unfortunately, the pool and woods are not available for guests.)
The Space:
Our cozy pool house boasts a comfortable and clean queen sized bed. The kitchenette allows guests to pull up a bar stool and sip a quiet cup of coffee in the morning. The large walk in closet doubles as a second sleeping space for young children in either a pack-n-play or a twin mattress, either of which we are happy to provide. The 50" flat screen provides an opportunity for guests to kick back and relax. For your convenience, there is also a Blu-ray DVD player.
Guest Access:
Guests have an exclusive parking spot reserved for them in the driveway. Guests will be given combination key box access so you can come and go on your own schedule, any time of day or night, and late check ins are no problem.
Other Things to Note:
The poolhouse is comfortable and has just one queen size bed, therefore we recommend this space for one or two adults. Beyond that, we are happy to provide a pack-n-play or a twin mattress for smaller children if you'd like. The closet is large enough to fit either, creating a cavernous darkroom for your little ones (or just your suitcase)!
We have a 10lb puppy on site, who is friendly but won't bother you much (she does have access to the backyard, where you'll be), so we do not allow other pets.
Sorry, no smoking in the house or anywhere on the property, and no outside guests.
