Summary: It was a great little cabin right on the beach. Had everything we needed for a long weekend. The place spotless when we arrived, not a speck of sand, which is amazing considering the beach start 3-4 ft from the front door. The wifi wasn't the best but the hosts were responsive to us about it, and having been in the area multiple times in the past we knew that internet and cell service can be weak, especially near the windy coast of the lake. My one complaint is that during the day the AC did not work well, getting up to 86 degrees inside. Fortunately we went during a cold front, so the temperature outside was in the 70's and it got cool enough at night to keep cabin comfortable to sleep. The beach area is wonderful. Not crowded like how some of the parks in Tawas or Oscoda get. They have a ton of toys and chairs to use for guest. There is plenty of parking and easy to find. Easy drive to Tawas or Oscoda for restaurants or shopping.Overall, excellent stay. We will definitely be coming back.
