Unique opportunity to stay at this Beautiful Tuscan Poolside one bedroom with living room and outdoor beauty for relaxing by the poolside or enjoying breakfast on the patio! The pool house is on twenty acres, along with a main house. The property is only 5 minutes to downtown, 5-10 minutes to shopping, golf course, and wineries, and 10 minutes to the Beach!!
