Located in the beautiful town of Javea (known as Xabia in Valencian) on the northern Costa Blanca, the exterior of the villa is traditional in style but inside you will find a fresh, modern layout & everything you could possibly need for a relaxing, stress-free holiday
The villa is detached & set in a large private plot with its own 10x5 metre swimming pool, terrace & lawned garden complete with beautiful bourganvillea & swaying palms
Poolside there are 8 sunbeds. Parasols are provided for that much needed shade!
Pool towels & pool inflatables are also provided
Fabulous 6 seater jacuzzi and outdoor kitchen & bar with gas bbq, running water, mini drinks fridge and cozy seating area
Ambient lighting is available around the pool, garden and seating areas - helping you to make the most of the long warm summer evenings
The living space is large & open plan comprising a lovely bright lounge, kitchen & dining area. There are doors from both the lounge & kitchen directly onto the covered terrace - or 'naya' as it is called in Spain - with furniture for alfresco dining or just chilling out!
The lounge has 2 large comfortable sofas, satellite TV & DVD player
The dining table comfortably seats 6 but can accommodate up to 8
The kitchen is modern & well equipped with electric oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle & coffee maker
Quality crockery, cutlery, cookware & utensils are provided

Javea is a wonderful place to holiday - it really is the jewel of the Costa Blanca.. a glorious hideaway with beautiful weather & plenty of authentic charm. With its beautiful beaches, winding streets, fabulous marina & a range of restaurants all set against the backdrop of the majestic Montgo mountain, there really is something for everyone to enjoy.
Javea enjoys more hours of sunshine than any other place in Spain. In fact, according to the World Health Organization it has one of the healthiest year round climates in the world.
Interestingly, there are 3 distinct areas to Javea - Firstly, there is the old historic centre with its narrow streets & ancient houses. It is home to the local indoor market hall & the 14th century church of Sant Bartomeu. There is also a weekly outdoor market here every Thursday where you can buy local goods & fresh fruit & vegetables.
Secondly, there is the Port area with its luxury yachts moored alongside fishing boats & a coastal promenade lined with restaurants, tapas bars & trendy boutiques. There is also a beautiful stone beach & a coast road which links the Port area to the Arenal. During the busy summer months, this area is dotted with numerous 'chiringuitos' (pop-up bars) which are perfect for cooling down in the hot sun
Last but by no means least is the popular Arenal Beach area. This beautiful sandy bay is fringed by palm trees & has a wide, flat promenade with a wonderful choice of restaurants offering all kinds of international cuisine. There are also a wealth of shops & boutiques to enjoy, as well as several supermarkets for your convenience during your stay
Javea lies on the east coast of Spain & is almost equidistant between Valencia 105km to the north & Alicante 95km to the south. Both cities are served by international airports - although Alicante generally operates more frequent low-cost flights from several regional UK & European airports
