To begin, this home is in an amazing location - only one block from shops and restaurants downtown and less than 5 minutes walking distance to the Colgate campus. It's also a very short (7-minute) walk to Seven Oaks Golf Course & Clubhouse.It's an old home with lots of character, but modern updates to make your stay super comfortable. Upstairs you will find three bedrooms, all of which have comfy Queen sized beds. There is a spacious full bathroom with a tub on the upstairs level.
Downstairs you will find a full bathroom with a beautiful tiled shower, a cozy living room (with TV with Google Chromecast), dining room with a table that can easily sit six (plus a little reading nook in a bay window!), the recently renovated and fully stocked kitchen, and a study / office if you're looking for a quieter space to spend time in the house.
For summer months the outside also has some great features. The house is on a corner lot, so the backyard is quite large and is entirely fenced in. You'll find an incredible and well-lit patio, with both a gas fire pit and a wood fire pit available for your group. There is lots of outdoor seating, either for hanging out or enjoying a meal outside. A BBQ grill is available for outdoor cooking. Finally, there is also plenty of parking. The driveway can easily hold 3 cars while still allowing everyone to get out (and four to five cars if you're willing to do some shuffling).

*This home was built in the late 1800s. As a result, the staircase to the 2nd floor is quite steep. While there is a stair runner on it which helps with traction, if you have mobility issues this may not be the best home for you to rent, as all of the bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor.
