Comfortable and welcoming house on the ground floor, surrounded by a garden and situated in Cala Morlanda, on the east coast of Majorca. It is located in a residential and quiet area, just 5 minutes walk from the beach. It is the ideal place to spend holidays at the sea. Cala Morlanda retains the charm of a small coastal village. By a walk and in a few minutes you can reach Cala Moreya, a fishing village, with its beautiful sandy beach and harbor. This place offers all the services you may need such as shops, restaurants and supermarkets. We enter the house through a hall, which gives access to all parts of the house. We have a spacious and bright living room furnished with wicker chairs and comfortable armchairs. If necessary, a sofa bed is also present. The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge-freezer, microwave, gas stove with oven, dishwasher, cooking utensils, toaster, etc.) and a large table for four people. The bathroom has a bath, a washbasin and a toilet. For rest, the house offers a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a built-in wardrobe, and a second bedroom with two single beds. Remember that a sofa bed is also available in the living room. Outside, guests can enjoy two terraces. A terrace shelters looks, equipped for meals with a table and chairs and close to the kitchen. A second terrace, for relaxing moments on summer evenings, enjoying a refreshing drink. At disposal, also outside, a laundry area with a washing machine and a toilet.
