Summary: Het is een ruim appartement/koppelwoning dat is op zich goed. Echter zou het wel wat liefde kunnen gebruiken, beetje verouderd maar wel netjes. En geen relax zetels of bedden aanwezig, wat wel aangenaam zou zijn om wat te rusten op het terras of dakterras. waar nu enkel erg verouderde zitbanken staan.
