Located in El Paso Historic District.

Other things to note
The Duplex are located in the historic area of El Paso, it is a very safe area, you have the San Jacinto Plaza very close and the Chihuahuas stadium less than 15 minutes walking. Around you will find everything, there are shops, restaurants of all kinds, from very luxurious to home-cooked restaurants, bars, banks, churches, museums, the hospitals and UTEP are about 5 minutes driving. But as in all downtowns of the United States you will find homeless people or migrants, who are generally very kind people and do not bother anyone, and as it is an old area, you will see both very nice buildings and neglected ones, the latter of which are becoming fewer and fewer as they have been fixed little by little. A few blocks away there is a police station so it is a very well-kept area and you will often see patrols passing in front of the apartments.
All the neighbors are very kind people and are generally adults.

* Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am, Mountain Time. Housekeeping must have an adequate amount of time to clean, disinfect and prepare the home for incoming guests. Please be considerate of their time.
* Check-in early or check-out late. We can be flexible as long as we have availability and you let us know one day before your arrival or one day before your departure. If you notify us the same day, we will not be able to help you and you will have to follow the house rules.
* If you plan to check out late after 12:30 pm and we have availability, consider paying an extra night because we would have to block the day at that time because we would not have enough time to clean and disinfect the property for that same day.

* Maximum occupancy is 11 guests.

b) There is a 250 dlls fee if you do not declare your pets or if additional cleaning is needed on the furniture or carpets for not following pet rules.
c) Always clean the poop on the patio, Pets are not allowed to be without a leash outside the property.
d) Maximum 2 pets.
e) No pet over 40 pounds unless is a service pet.
* In case of property emergency and other issues (water or gas or electrical issues, broken windows, building safety concerns) please call us!
The temperature inside the house is constantly monitored and adjusted by a computer.

UPON DEPARTURE:
* Please gather all trash from the bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen and place it in the GREY trashcan outside behind the house. Please don’t use the blue ones.
*Throw away and/or take all food with You. Please leave the fridge and freezer empty and clean
* Please don’t leave dirty dishes.
* Put all used towels in the shower and leave bedding in the bedroom. You don't have to strip the beds.
*Please return the TV remote to the living room table.
*Please make sure the back door and windows are locked.
* Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house
Send us a message when you check out so we can schedule the housekeeper to come clean.
*Any violation of the house rules may result in the cancellation of your reservation and eviction of all guests from the property immediately and without the right to a refund of your payment.
* Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner.
