Summary: Stayed in a twin room, bathroom was small and no lock on door, only ball latch outward so if you're getting dried or dressed and accidentally knock the door it'll open up into the room. Also shelf above the sink was slanted so anything put on it fell into the sink (spirit level needed). TV was missing remote and had to request from reception, though for the most part this was useless as the TV didn't seem to be attached to the aerial until the last day when I fully opened the curtains and discovered the aerial cord wasn't seated in the plug by the window behind the curtains. Curtains dragged on the floor and there were paper wristbands from previous occupants that hadn't been cleaned. There was also some debris between the two beds from previous occupants that hadn't been cleaned. There were concerning droplets on the glass of the hung painting and the mugs for tea & coffee were dirty on at least the outside so these weren't used, also carpets were not completely clean so don't go barefoot, bring slippers. Some lifts completely out of commission, breakfast was passable but not of a high quality with Hash Browns being great one day (McCain's) and awful the next day. A lot of work needed but the staff are working with what they have and are pleasant to interact with. Despite the pleasant and helpful staff, we won't be staying here again.
