Summary: This hotel is rated as 4* but would suggest it felt more like 2/3. We’d spent time looking at reviews and feel the actual experience was not comparable. To start with, the photos online are deceiving, hotel does seem quite dated in places, particularly the rooms which are very very small!! There’s very much surface level cleaning and our sheets were not changed the entire 5 night stay! Food was also way worse than was expecting from reviews, super basic and we suspect actually gave 1 of us food poisoning! There’s also a lot of literally turning your pockets inside out, charging for the use of the room safe and pool towels! Pro side, staff are lovely, accommodating and the entertainment was good.
