There are taxi boats making the 3min journey to the paradise island of Guaíba, a beauty to spend the day. It is located 4 km from the center of Mangaratiba, where you can take the ferry to Ilha Grande; 50km from Angra dos Reis, and 160km from Paraty.

With a good strip of clear sand, it has a calm sea of transparent waters, suitable for swimming. Almond trees adorn the place, and provide shade for some visitors.
