The apartment is located on the first floor, offering the additional advantage of having one of the largest balconies with a view of the sea in Puerto Pollensa (which includes a dining table and sun loungers). There is a large living room, equipped with sofas, TV (free channels), wi-fi, dining table, doors leading to the outside, as well as a fully equipped independent kitchen. The 3 rooms, spacious and cosy, are respectively a double, one with two single beds and a single one, for a total of up to 5 people. There are also 2 large bathrooms with bathtub and shower.
For the comfort of our guests, air conditioning is available and included in the price between 14:00 and 16:00 and 20:00-8:00.
The tourist tax is included in the rates.
Important information to keep in mind:
In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.
On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.
