You reach the house along an unpaved road in good condition. Entrance to the property is through a metal gateway. Large grounds with covered parking area. Entrance to the house is through a wooden door which leads to the main hall-reception room. All the other rooms of the house lead off from here.
There is wifi throughout the house and underfloor heating and air conditioning by heat pump in House I, and in the kitchen and small bedroom upstairs (portable unit) in House II.
The house has two main floors and is divided into two semi-separate houses:
GROUND FLOOR
On the ground floor are the common areas such as the inner courtyard, fully equipped with barbecue, table, chairs and awning. Service area with washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer and guest toilet, and a room with double bed and private bathroom.
HOUSE I
Going up the stairs from the hall, we come to the first floor. Here there is a spacious and comfortable lounge with sofas, decorative fireplace, TV and views outside. The sleeping area has two double bedrooms each with a double bed and private full bathroom. Kitchen-dining room connected via an open hatch. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining room is very bright and well-lit with large windows down two sides. Long wooden table, chairs and fantastic views outside. You can also go to the inner courtyard from here down some stairs.
HOUSE II
The second house is arranged over three floors. Downstairs there is a double bedroom with two single beds, a shared bathroom and access to the inner courtyard. Going upstairs, there is a room with sofas which leads to all the other rooms of the house. Well-equipped kitchen-dining room with decorative fireplace, two tables and chairs and all the necessary appliances. Two double bedrooms with double bed and a shared bathroom, and another double bedroom with full bathroom inside, an area with board games and bookcase. Going up some more stairs you get to a double bedroom with its own private bathroom. This house also has radiators for heating.
OUTSIDE
There is an extensive 3000 m² garden, fully fenced. The property is not near any other houses in the area and there are different routes which leave the house so guests can explore the surrounding area. There is plenty of space for parking in the grounds.
In the garden there is a pool with a retractable cover with sun loungers and outdoor shower. Covered porch with table, chairs and lights next to the garage. There is also a terrace with outdoor wicker furniture.
2 kitchens equipped with fridge, vitroceramic hob, oven, microwaves, dishwashers, juicers, blender, toasters, Dolce Gusto coffee capsule machine, Moka coffee makers, kitchen roll and cooking utensils.
