Summary: The communication was good.. this is a renovated property that is beginning to show It's age. The master bedroom is a little loft style there is no bathroom there the tv is not properly hooked up tothe internet.... So you are unable to watch tv at any point of your stay in that area. I was there for 5 days. the kitchen sink leaks water when washing dishes between the hours of 8 to12, you may or may not have running water.... the stove's oven is not working correctly the blender doesn't work at all.. the downstairs bathrooms one shower leaks water and the other sink is clog ... i was told i didn't have pool access even though advertisement says you have access coming in from security gate... the deco of the area is nice but the mattresses are hard to sleep on 4 sure to have paid a car deposit i will not return to this unit ..
