This lovely seafront semi-detached house for up to 6 people is located in Barcarès, a quiet district which is a 5-minute walk from Alcúdia. It has a natural grass garden and a fantastic terrace overlooking the bay of Pollença. It also has satellite TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating and covered parking space.
The house is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a living-dining room with access to the terrace overlooking the sea, a fully-equipped kitchen and a toilet. At the back of the property there is a garage and a small terrace with a shower. Four double bedrooms and the other two bathrooms are on the first floor. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a fantastic terrace with great sea views.
The area where the villa is located is famous for its seclusion. There you will enjoy many beaches and coves away from tourist crowds. It is perfect for water sports such as fishing, diving, windsurfing or canoeing. In addition, its ideal location easily allows you to explore the bays of Pollença and Alcúdia. Port de Pollença is just a 10-minute drive away. The town of Alcúdia, famous for its medieval walls enclosing the old town, is a 10-minute walk from the house, and a must. There you can visit the archaeological remains of the ancient Roman city of Pollentia and the magnificent neo-Gothic church, or walk along the walls and streets that make up the old town. Every Tuesday and Sunday there is a market, where you can find a wide variety of local products.
