Casa Parrot is a beautiful and typical Aranese house with a garden located in the idyllic town of Gessa. It is located less than 6 km from the Baqueira Beret ski resort.
Coming from the entrance we find a small hall with access to the private garage down below. In the garage level there is also a bathroom, a laundry room and an area prepared to leave all your ski equipment.
From the entrance hall, we go up to the first floor where we find the main living area, a very spacious and charming living-dining room with fireplace and an open rustic style kitchen. From this floor there is a direct exit to a nice garden with a barbecue, perfect to enjoy a beautiful meal with your family, especially in summer. Also, in the first floor, totally independent we have the sleeping area with three bedrooms: two double bedrooms and a third with two bunk beds for 4 people. The first floor has a full bathroom with a bathtub.
Up in the second floor we find a large open plan living room and games room ideal for children. It is very bright and has spectacular views of both the resort and the mountains. In this floor we have two bedrooms, one with a double bed and two single beds and a second with two bunk beds. Both bedrooms share a toilet and a bathroom with a shower on this level.
The house has Wi-Fi. In the garage of the house there is capacity for one vehicle, a second can be parked at the entrance of the house or in the surrounding streets.
