Summary: We booked this hotel last minute because of the price and location. Since we were last minute and Saturday night, other hotels were easily double the price. The hotel gave me the impression we were in a movie set in the 80’s. It felt like that period might have been it’s heyday. It is very big and looked empty probably because it’s so big but all the rooms around us were filled. Our bathroom was renovated but the shower head wasn’t working properly. The bed was comfortable and I slept well until the surrounding doors started opening and closing at 6am. They are made of metal and loud. The breakfast area was also an incredible trip as the setting was very retro. The breakfast was good with fruit salad and even had oat milk. The staff was friendly and helpful. I think this hotel is good for short stays and sound sleepers.
