Summary: My stay was okay. Although, I enjoyed the amenities of the resort, the customer service and room was lackluster. I was also charged a $100 incident fee but wasn't told about it until I called the front desk and asked about it. Also, at check-in the two customers in front of me were making complaints, so it wasn't a great introduction for me. This was my first time staying here.
