Brand new apartments located in the Historic former 1st Baptist Church, built in 1908. All 7 units are on the upper floor of the annex on the West side of the building. The whole building has gone through a historic approved remodel. 2nd-floor units, no elevator.
2 small dogs under 30lbs are allowed at this property, no cats. There will be a 30$ pet fee added to your stay. For stays over 2 weeks we require an extra $400 deposit and any extra cleaning will be billed. If you sleep with your pet or we find pet hair in the bedding, we will charge extra for cleaning, please let us know in advance.
Apartments are available for short or longer stays. There is really nothing like this in Yakima, located right in the center of town and walkable to all the downtown restaurants, wineries, breweries and bars, county courthouse and city hall. We do provide enough paper products, soap and shampoo for approximately 5 days (for 2 people), anything exceeding that you will have to provide yourself.
We have 4 washer/ dryers on site. No maid service, but we have cleaning available at extra cost.
We have off-street designated parking for 1 car and on-street parking for others.
