A lovely 3-bedroom corner house all on one floor situated in Rojales. Just 5 minutes to the waterpark in Rojales for water-fun with the whole family. Within walking distance to the commercial center in Benijofar with shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and much more.
The property has a spacious front terrace with a comfortable outdoor seating area with BBQ and artificial grass where kids can play.
As you come into the house you’ll find an open plan kitchen on your left, fully equipped with a breakfast counter for three. The living room is equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fan and a comfortable chaise longue 3-seater sofa with Smart-TV and international channels.
From the living room you access the main bedroom with double bed and built-in wardrobe. You also have access to the guest bedrooms, one with a double bed the other one with two single beds. All bedrooms are equipped with built-in wardrobe, air conditioning and ceiling fan. There are two bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and a family bathroom with bathtub.
At the back of the house, you have a lovely outside "Patio Area" with table and chairs to enjoy your dinner (4 seats) and access to the utility room with a washing machine.
From the roof terrace you have beautiful views to the surrounding town and hills where you can relax in the sun in one of the sun Loungers.
Just opposite the house you’ll find the large communal pool (14x7m) and further space to relax.
The property will be supplied with linen for each bed and 2 towels per guest.
